Empower Youth and Women

Through training programmes, workshops, and awareness campaigns, the organization supports youth and women in developing leadership abilities, entrepreneurial skills, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Livelihood Promotion

The society encourages income-generating activities such as agriculture, horticulture, livestock farming, weaving, handicrafts, knitting, and other rural enterprises that enhance economic self-sufficiency.

Our Approach

MEWS believes that sustainable development can only be achieved through community participation, education, skill enhancement, and economic empowerment. We work closely with government departments, development agencies, financial institutions, and community organizations to implement impactful programmes that create lasting change.
By combining education, livelihood development, financial empowerment, and community engagement, we strive to build stronger and more resilient communities throughout Nagaland and beyond.
